MORE THAN 220 TONS OF PEAT WERE EXPORTED FROM THE KIROV REGION TO THE UAE AND ARMENIA

In June, a batch of peat weighing more than 74 tons was sent from the Kirov region to the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Armenia. Minerals in these countries are used to make compost.

The control of the exported products showed that it complies with the international quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing countries, no quarantine harmful organisms were found in it.

In total, since the beginning of this year, more than 220 tons of peat have been exported from the Kirov region to the United Arab Emirates and Armenia. Exporters received 11 phytosanitary certificates for exported products.

Earlier we wrote that more than 7 thousand cubic meters of timber were taken from the Kirov region to Uzbekistan.
